Dr. Thomas Dooley
Principal investigator, ocean energy.
Dr. Sinéad Kelly
Sinéad holds a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from UCD. Her Ph.D. involved CFD modelling and Fluid-Structure Interaction (FSI) simulations on Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm geometries. Sinéad’s research interests now also include using CFD and FSI to model flow around wind turbine blades.

Dr. Caroline Gilleran
Caroline received her Ph.D. from NUI Galway in 2004. She is a lecturer in the Department of Applied Sciences and is the primary lecturer for bio-energy and supervises research students on the M.Sc. in Renewable Energy Systems.
Dr. Caroline Sheedy
Caroline is interested in data security, privacy and in the development of protocols for data transport and storage for small- and medium- wind turbine systems. Caroline holds a Ph.D. in computing from Dublin City University and lectures in computing at DkIT.
