Campus Wind Turbine

January 9, 2012

The campus wind turbine was back online over three weeks ago on Friday December 16th, after almost two weeks down. It was a faulty electrical switch, in the end, that caused the outage. The machine is managed by Raymond Byrne.

The turbine also provides us with a research and training platform. Contact Raymond Byrne for more information.

We’ve a lot more to add: we haven’t said all that much about our facilities, capabilities, committee work or industrial projects yet. It’ll grow. Stay in touch.
